The Helping Hands Domestic Violence Study Guide is

The Helping Hands Domestic Violence Study Guide is now available to every school and teacher in Australia from the Helping Hands website: https://helpinghands.tv/education/

In June and July, we're launching a study guide for high school students that brings expert content from Helping Hands segments on domestic violence awareness and prevention to classrooms across Australia. The guide is available for FREE until December.

Over the next six weeks, we will rerun the domestic violence series - featuring organisations including @escabags, @relove_au, Women's Housing Company and Biyani House women’s shelter - and continue to shine a spotlight on the wonderful work being done by leaders in this space. 🎉

Tune in to the documentaries and panel discussions from the domestic violence series from this Saturday at 10:00am on @9gem, on Sunday at 5.30am on @channel9 and anytime on @9now.

Sometimes the first step to safety is having the essentials within reach.

Founded and operated by Stacy Jane, who is a survivor of domestic violence herself, @escabags provides “escape bags” equipped with essential items so victims of violence don’t have to go back home for supplies. Ultimately, Stacy says, Escabags helps victims take their first step to freedom.
